As [explained in the contributor
instructions](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#localization-i18n)
only english translations strings should be modified here.
Also as discussed in #3998 the main problem here is not removing the text as
any of us could have done that years ago but rather determining how we fulfil
our legal requirements and whether we can legally remove it.
