### How to reproduce the issue?
Get an Android phone. Mine is a Nokia X10. Full details at
https://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_x10-10840.php .
In "display size and text", set the font size to 2 (of 7) and the display size
to 4 (of 5)
In portrait mode browse to osm.org.
Note that the X at the top right of the banner is off the screen:
It is possible to dismiss it by rotating into landscape, clicking X and
rotating back, but it's a pain to do that _every time_.
This was a bug a while back, was fixed, and has returned.
