Seems like the issue is not so much that the link colors differ – it’s 
consistent with other parts of the site. Rather, the Dashboard links can be 
confusing because of a lack of whitespace and because of the choice of 
emphasis. Depending on the length of the changeset comments listed there, it 
can be unclear whether a “Send Message | Unfollow” row belongs to the user 
above or below the line. Adding whitespace below that line could help. Also, 
why are we emphasizing the changeset comment link instead of the user name? The 
user name is the first thing in each list item, under a heading that says 
“users”. If we emphasize the user names instead, I think the two different link 
colors would be more intuitive.
