I have no clue, since it just does not do anyhting.
Below does do the fetch correctly, but does not do the replacing of the
`innerHTML`.
There is no error message or other information to go on and the docs on this
are.. not very clear -> https://turbo.hotwired.dev/reference/frames

Turbo.fetch("/panes/webgl_error", { frame: container });
```
