That confused me also at first. :laughing: But it's simply because the iD
package had a CI dependency (`vitest`) accidentally included in the regular
(non-dev) `dependencies`, which was fixed in
https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/commit/8f704ce80810a90b557a2fea0d9ebaa068622850.
