I wasn't able to run tests either with the devcontainers installation (Either
RubyMine -- which I use rather than VSCode, for which this repo documents the
devcontainers installation -- doesn't know how to set up devcontainers
correctly, or there's some other problem; the devcontainers installation fails
because ruby is not installed.) or with the manual installation (I use MacPorts
rather than homebrew, and the two can't coexist. Unfortunately I don't see svgo
in MacPorts.) I hope someone with a working development environment will be
able to take it from here.
