### How to reproduce the issue?
The `ref:ine` tag was included in [the tag2link
library](https://github.com/JOSM/tag2link/blob/master/taginfo.json#L1712-L1719)
december release, however, the link functionality are missing from the rendered
tags. How come? Apparently, this project has a newer version of tag2link.
