### How to reproduce the issue?
See step 3.
Ubuntu 26.04 installs bundler 2.something which will cause the _bundle install_
step to fail. To upgrade to the version used by openstreetmap-website, running
> sudo bundle update --bundler
will do the trick, but this will install the required gems as root. I would
defer to the experts is this is a good thing or not,
