Thank you both. I hadn't considered this.
Regarding this specific PR, my feeling (biased as it might be) is that we can
add Terra Draw here without compromising a possible change in solution later:
- This PR introduces Terra Draw in a specific module that only loads when
visiting the new form, only available to moderators. It's uncoupled from other
functionality, already uses MapLibre, and doesn't pollute the global JS
environment.
- It was relatively simple to add, and some of the code would probably be
reusable if we changed solutions. (I'm thinking of the `*FormField` functions
at the end).
Another alternative would be to just leave a text area, for moderators to type
a `POLYGON(...)` manually... I think that's a bit too much to ask of them.
