Okklania created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#7160)

### Problem

Sometimes, when there are cliffs around the shore, one would be interested
about if the shore is walkable by foot.

### Description

It would look like a line on the shore, with it's color indicating walkability.

Red= not walkable
Yellow= walkable during low tide
Green= walkable all the time

This option could be toggled and could be given it's own category to be toggled.

It would help many to plan their routes on the shore, even outside sandy
beaches. Also, it would make OpenStreetMap more unique from other maps, which
is always good.

### Screenshots

Very fast screenshot with painted lines to demonstrate the idea. Not perfect.
