Exactly.
`Endpoint`, `RouteOutput`, `ChangesetsLayer`, and all the
`ChangesetBbox*Layer`s are globals only in their respective modules.
I did it this way and not by making them modules too because that only works
with module bundlers, which Sprockets isn't.
