The failure mode sounds concrete enough for a targeted smoke test around OSM
map loses zoom level info when clicking on notes. A fixture using
`note/0000000#map=19/[latitude]/[longitude]/...` plus an explicit expected
result would keep the fix from depending on the full project setup.
