Joshua, create_translation_table! is indeed handy for people who live
in the console and have nothing to migrate.

In case you're still interested to also provide a migration generator
though, I've rebased my changes and merged our READMEs. Here's the
commit on github:

I'd be happy to see this merged in. Let me know if you'd like to see
some changes before this can happen!
