Hello fellow globalizers, are outside contributions to Globalize2 welcomed here? Are they accepted at all in the current phase of development? If so, is there any sort of issue tracker? How is Globalize's own maling list coming along?
I'm asking because I've got [a](http://github.com/Nielsomat/globalize2/ commits/proposed_translation_migration_generator) [couple](http:// github.com/Nielsomat/globalize2/commits/proposed_per_model_fallbacks) of proposed patches lined up about which I wonder whether I should keep rebasing them or whether there just isn't any interest in them on part of the core developers. Additionally, if its foreseeable the effort wouldn't be in vain, I'd like to have a go at creating a more universal Translation class as discussed [here](http://groups.google.com/group/rails-i18n/ browse_thread/thread/27d69e08325b5b76). Also, Backend::Static still chokes on FalseClass or TrueClass in the locale files (false is NOT a missing translation!). I do not know why 83031c0 and b5fd59e have been pulled in, a working patch has been [posted here](http://groups.google.com/group/rails-i18n/browse_thread/ thread/27d69e08325b5b76) weeks ago. For your merging pleasure, I've also rebased this onto the current joshmh/master: http://github.com/Nielsomat/globalize2/tree/proposed_accept_more_value_types Best, Niels --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "rails-i18n" group.
