As I replied you in a private message, in summary:
- copy the pt-BR.yml file from the above repository to your
config/locales directory:
http://github.com/svenfuchs/rails-i18n/tree/master/rails/locale/
- set config.default_locale = :'pt-BR' in your envirnoment.rb
- You'll need to translate yourself the files in public dir, such as 404.html,
500.html, etc. The index.html should be removed since it is used only as an
introduction to what steps you should follow to write your application.
