Looks interesting and definitely has promise, but I can't help but think "Who owns the data". What happens if their server crashes... where does the liability lie? Wasn't there a online storage company that went bust a couple of months ago in the US (featured on slashdot) that basically post a post on their website saying "Oops, you can't get all your data back, but you can have another account with this other company, goodbye and thanks for all the fish..." Makes you wonder...
