We support watermarking and provide a rails plugin. The current pricing is based on a monthly plans because we haven't got approval for automatic credit card dediting yet. We have a free plan that you can start using 5 converts per month, just sign up here. https://developer.ankoder.com/signup http://doc.ankoder.com has information about the API We can handle the uploading directly and post back the html fields back to your server and you can link to the video once it is ready.
