Yeah I had wondered about a weekend and the extra time it would give  
us, but wasn't sure what sort of commitment and turnout we would get.   
If we have the interest then great!  Workshops are an excellent idea -  
our studio has 2 large desk areas, plus a small boardroom so there  
would be room to split into groups if need be.
