Cliff, I was specifically referring to the so called "needs" of the client
as a list of requirements for an individual, middle man or no middle man.
Obviously asking for 3-10 years experience is a pretty clear cut example.

ROR doesn't take very long to learn. In some cases a strong background and a
willingness to learn may be enough. I'm not looking for a job but I
occasionally look at job lists and just end up just kind of bemused(?).
Anyhoo I may be getting out of my depth here so I'll quietly back away by
saying.. Bite me! :D
