Hi,

I'm currently putting together a proposal for a smallish Rails based
website with
some CMS functionality. With our in-house Rails developers fully
committed to
other projects I'm going to propose to my management that we hire a
contractor or arrange some other kind of short-term development.

I'm trying to get a feel for the availability of experienced Rails
developers who
would be willing to work this way, with a possibility of follow-on
contracts or
projects if this one goes well.

The project is located in Canberra, but after an initial briefing
session here it
could be done remotely with deployment to our servers and we stay in
touch
via all the usual methods.

If you're interested in this kind of arrangement please feel free to
get in touch
at [email protected]. Alternately, if what I'm proposing
is
hopelessly out of touch with the Rails job market, then I'd like to
know that
too.

Thanks,

Stu
