Registrations close on Sunday (and according to http://blog.railsrumble.com/2009/7/10/registration-status are filling up fast). Time zone differences are cool, but unless they're reverted to the Julian Calendar, there's no way that Tuesday Sydney time is Sunday US time (unless you're allowed to change your team after registering)
