Hey, I've been using faces to keep a track of talks once people put them up on the wiki.
http://faces.rubyoceania.org/groups/sydney/meetings/2009-10-13 Is anyone interesting in doing a alt.rorosyd where we meet up and code? I'd be interested in working on getting some more functionality into faces so people can suggest talks directly into it.
