I believe the venue is capable of accommodating (in beds) more folk than we think would actually work at RailsCamp, hence the limit has been set arbitrarily low. I would think there's a little flexibility, especially for folk who organised such an awesome SA RailsCamp (which I missed, boohoo).
Otherwise, there are always a few who drop out and make their ticket available. We have this email chain as evidence that you have dibs on the first free ticket! Clifford Heath.
