Well, it handles it fine, as in, it will parse an email and return it to you. If you want non ascii in the headers, you will have to pre-encode them yourself for now. I am looking at expanding on this, but "next big release" timeframe. You should also note I have been working on ActionMailer 3.0 to give it a much simpler API as well as dropping TMail and using the Mail gem instead, so you get all of the Rails i18n functionality as well.
