With you there.  Every time I don't use git for a while I have to "relearn"
it or trip up on something.  Mercurial fits my brain better.  They're both
awesome though and there are others like bzr etc etc  I haven't used
subversion much but I think there's no going back once you make the jump to
a dvcs for most code-related things.  You can end up with a lot of dead
branches lying around though :)
