I have to say: I agree wholeheartedly with this statement!

HTML + CSS is actually very hard, and I have encountered few people that can 
make it make sense and feel easy. Unfortunately those people have largely been 
"me", and I consider myself "not very good" at it.

I really think there is a huge need for more education in this realm.

For instance, can someone please give a lightning talk (or somefink) at the 
Sydney RORO on how to stop floats from wrapping in IE6 + modern browsers? It's 
driving me up the frakkin' wall.
