I'm also saying that tests are often the hardest part to get right, and that
sometimes (counterintuitively) by optimising for testability above even code
quality, you might even end up with both better tests and better code. Or at
least, I'm offering that viewpoint up for discussion - I'm not married to
it, but it seems plausible.

As for the dogma, please treat it in the same spirit: it was intended as a
few talking points, rather than a religion.
