Ryan,

How about you put together a list of a few tickets that we might make
a reasonable stab at fixing during hack night?  You'd probably have a
better idea of what's achievable than most of us.  I'm guessing that
most of us at hack night haven't yet contributed to Rails (I speak for
myself) and something bite size might be a good start to get an
early-but-encouraging sense of achievement, and give us confidence to
tackle something bigger later.
