I am ever so slightly intimidated by the complaints and constructive
criticism other recruiters receive for poor grammar and sentence
construction. Intimidated, but tenacious (and confident in MS Word) !
And I feel I genuinely have a fantastic opportunity to open up to the

The Company:
Expanding and stable On-Line Services provider with unique product
offerings. Located in Melbourne CBD.

The Role:
In title, "Technical Lead". In practice, kick-ass Chief Whip with a
thirst for perfection and a legacy of delivery. This is an exciting,
newly created role as part of a serious growth phase. Be part of the
Nouvelle Vague and join the Team Leader in keeping the team of ninja's
"kicking high" (?!). You will report directly to the Development
Manager and will be accountable for the team's output, technical
performance, and adherence to process/methodology. The "Code
Marshall". You will also be expected to participate in Architecture/
Code Reviews/Design sessions etc.

The Person:
Well, as above really. Can you do all this? Have you done it before?
Do you want to do it again?
- 3 years + Ruby (Senior level, can operate at strategic level)
- Team Lead/Technical Leadership
- Ruby, RoR, Spring, MVC, hibernate
