Hi Joshua,

I was merely illustrating the difference between performance and
scalability, and I could have picked on any language/runtime that's
faster than Ruby to make that point.  Look, 'all things being equal'
hides a lot of sins, but I wasn't under the impression that people
thought a Java some-MVC-framework web app would under perform the
equivalent Rails one.

Regardless, it was only a illustrate a point, and I'd use Rails over a
Java web app framework any day.
