lulu prints books at the quality of high school magazines unfortunately.

I always thought it would be awesome to get really high quality bound copies
of the poignant guide if it was feasible and there was enough people
interested to cover the minimum print run.

I have no idea what 'properly typeset like a book' or what the complexities
of getting a hard cover book might entail however.
