To be eligible for the Tech Lead position you will need to have 2 + years solid commercial experience with JRuby or Ruby on Rails. As well as a solid understanding of Java/J2EE programming. You will be familiar with Agile methodologies and have an exceptional understanding of CSS, HTML, and MYSQL. The Developer role needs to have 1+ year commercial experience with Ruby or 3 years on and off work done with Ruby. You will also need to have a very strong background using Java/ J2EE.
