I should correct my earlier statements: I know exactly how many
moderators there are, I'm just unsure who is really that active at any given
time. Pat Allan has been added as a moderator, which I'm sure you will all
agree is a solid choice. No more moderators should be required, unless we feel
that the problem isn't solved after a little bit of time.

:-) I disallow spam and badly formatted job advertisements—Sometimes I let them
through because I feel that they are a reflection of the role, and or hiring
party. It generally depends on "how bad" they are though. Did that answer all
