Hi Everyone, The Inspire Foundation is looking for a Sydney based part time, mid level rails developer (contract). You'll primarily be working on ReachOut.com - a bespoke, high traffic site that helps young people suffering from mental illness. The work will consist of maintenance (bug fixes etc) and implementing new features on the site (e.g. we're building an SMS campaign tool at the moment).
You should be experienced working with: * Rails 2.3.5+ * RSpec, Cucumber * MySQL * Intermediate to advanced HTML/CSS/JavaScript (we use jQuery+plugins) * Capistrano * Git * Ubuntu Details: * 2 days / week onsite at our office in Balmain, Sydney * $450+GST / day * 3 month initial contract (with view to extend) About The Inspire Foundation: The Inspire Foundation was established in 1996 in direct response to Australia's then escalating rates of youth suicide.
