Impact Data are looking for a full time, permanent experienced Senior Technical Project Lead to head up a team currently developing the newest social media digital marketing tool available in Impact Data’s portfolio of SAAS products. The product has been built using Ruby on Rails and is currently in limited Beta. The core responsibility of the Senior Technical Project Lead is to manage the project from pre release beta to global release. The role will be made up of software solution architecture, hands on development/coding, team leadership, and overall project management. The core responsibilities of the role are: -To own and develop the product vision and ensure it is clear and achievable by the development team -To ensure the product is developed as per the project vision specifications (on time, budget and in full) -To deliver a product that is commercial and meets the needs of key stakeholders -To deliver a product to customers that is user-friendly containing relevant supporting tools and documentation To be successful in the role, the candidate will: -be tertiary qualified -have successfully managed teams to deliver web bases SAAS products -have proven project management skills -have an exceptional understanding of internet, email SMS, email and social networking communications technologies, and trends -be an effective communicator with outstanding people management and interpersonal skills The technical skills required in the role are: -MS Project -Project Management Methodologies accreditation (ie.
