Now that the VIP ticket is a standard fixture, it might make sense to introduce 
an optional "sponsor" ticket: Pay ~$50 more to put into the sponsor pool.

I'd be happy to pay extra for a ticket, and sponsor rubyists who couldn't 
otherwise make it. Seems like it would make it easier to sponsor also.
