I think Github do some organisation stuff for Groups, like Rails has one and 
I'm sure they would not have to pay for it. Perhaps approaching Github about 
getting a sponsored organisation could be a way to go. It would also be a great 
place to be able to put things the community does at Hack Nights and the like 
all in one Central place, and be able to leverage their wiki for the couple of 
things that RORO actually uses it for.
