Hi All, Has anybody who's been to RubyKaigi (or Tokyo) before got any suggestions on a semi-decent quality hotel/B&B, closer to central Tokyo than to the conference itself? Nothing fancy or needlessly pricey, but not budget accommodation for backpackers.
