Anyone have a link to something that explains the new usage as it was actually intended?
The doc at http://rake.rubyforge.org/ says "Supporting Rake version: 0.8.3" https://github.com/jimweirich/rake refers back to rubyforge. http://rubydoc.info/github/jimweirich/rake/master/frames is lower level doc, and http://docs.rubyrake.org/ has been "in the procdess of updating and rewriting" since 2008.
