We have a permanent role available at JN Solutions. We're after an experienced programmer - by that we mean someone with enough confidence to be self reliant when need be. If this is you, let us know. We'll want hear about complex components or projects you've worked on in the past, problems you encountered, and how you'd do things differently next time.
You'll need rails, of course. More and more of our works seems to be in javascript, so that too. A decent sized sql database should not intimidate you. There will also be room for you to specialise a little and for you pursue your “thing”, be it frontend (ux, html5, backbone, coffeescript or backend (web services, message queues, nosql, datamining). We're looking for developers to work out of our Sydney CBD office, but we'll also consider telecommuters - provided you'd be available to come visit our Sydney or Melbourne offices. Come work for us and we'll look after you. We'll pay you well (100k +), but we're also open to four day weeks and other flexible working arrangements.
