The 2-3 weeks is pure development, no design, no cut ups, no commerce. The site will basically be a survey site that will collect answers to appx 40 questions and then present you a financial personality to users based on the responses.
Users will need to be able to sign in with Twitter of Facebook and if they decide to go with Twitter will need to also supply a a valid email address. The answers will have a progress meter and be multiple choice and we are still working on the answer matrix but will be able to supply the formula for this and if need be code it as well. It will be hosted on AWS and a temporary site has been set up but the current developer doesn't have a strong ROR background and while we can provide a data model, it may need to be rebuilt. We will supply screen comps and wireframes of the key screens. There may be a few more advanced items like once you have completed your financial personality then identifying your FB friends that have also completed the survey so you can see what there financial personality is. If you don't have any friends that have completed the survey then the option to invite your FB friends. We need to complete the project by September 15th. Happy to discuss further.
