As I said I don't remember the all the details. Now I doubt it was Rails 3,
probably 2. But I agree that 'release' word is inappropriate. Beside that,
this is what meant:

"Although the Rails initializer tests covered a fair amount of area,
successfully getting the tests to pass did not guarantee that Rails booted"
