Hey everyone, I run a startup called Project PowerUp - it's a crowdfunding platform for inventors and entrepreneurs, a bit like Kickstarter for startups.
http://projectpowerup.com/ Anyway, I posted here aaaaaaages ago looking for a tech co-founder and I found a couple of really great candidates, but no one had the right mix of skills. So I paid a developer to build the site for me and they did an amazing job (I'm still using them for follow-on work in fact) - but they are working on their own startup, so it's not a long-term option. Pay: Equity only (for the time being) Hours: Part-time at this stage, so you can keep your day job and work on this after hours or on weekends. Remote working is fine, although I'd like to meet face to face every now and then. Skills required: RoR (obviously), also need to be a handy frontend developer and UI/UX expert. Basically I want a tech all-rounder who can look after the website and free me up to run the business, sales and media side of things. Other: - I'm looking at moving to the Valley at some stage fairly soon, hopefully by the middle of 2012. You don't have to up and leave Australia straight away, but you may need to relocate there at some point in the future.
