Hi there Gregory,

StillAlive is an application monitoring service :)  It allows you to script 
actions to make sure your application is behaving as it should, such as making 
sure users can log in, checkout their cart, navigate around the dashboard and 
stuff.

Having said that, I don't think it would handle quite what you are after... as 
it specialises in finding things that are going wrong, as opposed to alerting 
when something comes into existence.
