I'm also on Rack 1.3.x and am still getting them. Haven't tried the hotfix yet, since it said to do it pre 1.3.0
It just started happening too, so it's like Google changed just last week and somehow munged up Rack i guess, from what I'm reading. Anyone fixed it and if so how?
