They are looking to pay from 65-75k + Super . They would also look to train people up and have in the past taken people on board who have only had 6 months experience. I am looking for your help and expertise and any referrals will be rewarded in kind. They are looking for someone with the following: * Passion for Ruby on Rails * Working with a friendly, passionate, focused team * Major say in the product direction and technical approach * Great communicator Technical skills preferred * Ruby on Rails * Agile development methodology * Object Oriented design experience * Good knowledge of design and UI patterns * Java development experience valued * JQuery eperience * Database design * MySQL development experience * TDD experience (rspec and cucumber) Again thank you for your time.
