Hi,

I think bootstrap is pretty good as a way of learning the concepts, as is 
zurb's one, and they're great if you know nothing about CSS, but ultimately, 
they'll fall short in some way, and you will need to roll up your sleeves and 
learn the techniques from scratch. 

I don't think rails has much to do with it — theres a rails bootstrap plugin, 
but it's not doing a lot... It's just CSS. I would experiment with a few as far 
away from rails as possible with something basic — how would I do a two column 
blogish layout that collapses to one on my phone, etc. Find what you like, 
rails will be fine.
