Hi There, after a few weeks of silently following this list, it's about time to introduce myself: I am Sebastian, a Web-Developer from Germany. I left Germany in the mid of may, heading towards Australia - with a short stopover in Singapore - and arrived in Brisbane a month ago. I entered Australia with a Work & Travel visa and therefore, I'm looking for some job opportunities, either in the region of Brisbane, or in Sydney / Melbourne.
I've three years experience of professional Ruby on Rails development and got also interested in the client-side javascript-mvc movement over the last year. Oh, and I'm not just looking for classical contractor jobs, but also for "short & sweet" arrangements, where I will basically work for room and board.
