We are looking for someone with the following:
* Passion for Ruby on Rails
* Working with a friendly, passionate, focused team
* Major say in the product direction and technical approach
* Great communicator
Technical skills preferred
* Ruby on Rails (our products are on Rails 2 and 3)
* Agile development methodology
* Object Oriented design experience
* Good knowledge of UI design
* JQuery experience a plus
* SQL development experience (we use MySQL and Postgres)
* TDD experience (rspec or Test::Unit)
