Hi All, For those of you who are members of Ruby Australia (or would like to be) the next AGM (technically a "Special General Meeting") will be taking place at Rails Camp 12 in Port Sorell, Tasmania on Friday, Nov 16 2012.
Tickets will be on sale to the event very soon (see http://railscamps.net/#portsorell_nov_2012). We understand that some of you may feel that access to the SGM should be free. Unfortunately, logistics make this impossible. However, if you wish to raise any issues or cast a vote at the meeting and will be unable to attend you may nominate a proxy. If you know someone who is attending the event you can nominate this person. Failing that you may nominate either myself or another committee member. If you do so please document anything you'd like to raise via email. Minutes of the meeting will be recorded and made public on the Ruby Australia website after the event. An agenda will be published closer to the camp. Please contact me off list if you have any questions or concerns.
